Returns & Refund Policy
Thank you for shopping at Westmoire. If an item does not meet your expectations, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.
1) Right of Withdrawal (14 Days)
You may withdraw from the contract within 14 days from the day you (or a third party indicated by you) receive the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, please notify us by email before the 14-day period expires:

Your message must clearly state your decision to withdraw and include your order number and full name.
Cancellation form: If you would like a standard cancellation form template, please request it by email at support@westmoire.com and we will provide it.
2) Returns & Conditions
After you notify us of your withdrawal, you must return the goods within 14 days.
Return address: The return address will be provided by our customer service via email after your withdrawal request is confirmed.
- Items must be returned unused, unworn, and unwashed, and in good condition.
- Original packaging is appreciated when possible, but not strictly required.
- Please include a note inside the parcel with your order number and name.
Return shipping costs:
- If there is no product defect, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
- If the item is damaged/defective or you received the wrong item, we will help (see Section 4).
Important: You may inspect the goods as you would in a store. If the item shows signs of use beyond what is necessary to inspect it, we may apply a deduction for any loss in value, where permitted by law.
3) Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund to the original payment method.
Timing: Refunds are processed within 14 days after we receive the returned goods or you provide proof that you sent them back (whichever occurs first).
Shipping costs (original delivery):
- If you paid for standard delivery, this cost is generally refunded where required by law.
- Any upgrade (e.g., express delivery) may not be refundable beyond the standard delivery cost.
Payment provider delays: Refunds may take additional time to appear depending on your bank/provider.
4) Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, please contact us before returning anything and include clear photos/videos:

We will offer the fastest appropriate solution (replacement, partial refund, or full refund), depending on the case.
5) Items Not Eligible for Return
Certain items may not be eligible for return, including (where applicable by law):
- Sealed hygiene/intimate items (e.g., underwear) if the seal has been removed after delivery
- Personalised or made-to-order products
- Digital products once download/streaming has started (with customer consent and acknowledgement)
- Gift cards / vouchers
