How Long Does Delivery Take?
Delivery time includes two phases:
- Processing time: Orders are reviewed, confirmed, and packed within 1–7 business days.
- Shipping time: Once collected by the carrier, delivery typically takes 5–24 days, depending on the destination and local delivery network.
Please note: estimated delivery times do not include potential customs delays. During peak periods (e.g., Christmas, Black Friday) or global logistics disruptions, delays may occur.
Shipping Costs
We offer free tracked shipping on all orders. If a parcel is lost or arrives damaged, please contact our support team and we will assist you as quickly as possible.
Where Is My Package?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your parcel anytime using your tracking link or by checking on 17track.net.
For logistical reasons, some orders may be shipped in more than one parcel.
My Tracking Number Doesn’t Work
Tracking updates may take up to 5 business days to appear, especially right after dispatch. If your tracking still shows no updates after this period, please contact us:

Customs & Duties
Depending on your country, customs duties or import taxes may apply. These charges (if any) are determined by local authorities and are the customer’s responsibility.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we may not be able to resend without additional shipping costs.
